How to Send Your Artwork

To ensure the best print quality, please follow the guidelines below when preparing and sending your artwork to us.

File Formats

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, TIFF
• Please supply files in CMYK colour mode where possible
• Minimum resolution: 150dpi at print size (300dpi preferred)

How to Send Your Artwork

You can either send your artwork using the file uploader before you place your order or once your order is placed, you can email your artwork files to us with your order number in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt and let you know if anything needs adjusting before we go to print.

Free Artwork Check

Not sure if your file is print-ready? We offer a free artwork check on all orders. Simply send us your file and we'll review it for any potential issues — including size, resolution, bleed, colour mode, and font embedding — before printing begins.

There's no obligation and no extra charge. We want to make sure your print looks exactly as you intended.

We will not make any changes on your behalf nor are we responsible for any spelling errors or colour issues. Please double check all of your artwork before sending.
